The Gift Cards Outstanding report provides transaction, current and initial balance information for the current or previous period for active Gift Cards.

Grant permission to User Profiles in Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Security > Orders > Main Menu > Gift Cards. Grant permission to User Profiles in Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Security > Orders > Gift Cards > Gift Cards Outstanding Report. |
Template- The default report template will be used.
Use the drop down list to select the Period of either the Current or Previous period.
Choose an Order by of Gift Card # or Date Issued.
Select Preview to view the report onscreen.
Select Print to send the report directly to the default printer.
Understanding Your Report
Gift Card #- Gift Card number.
Issued- Date the Gift Card was issued.
Initial Balance- Initial Balance on the Gift Card.
Current Balance- Current Balance on the Gift Card.
Date- Date of last transaction.
Type- Transaction Type.
Amount- Amount of the last transaction.
